The Canadian Model of Quality Service
What Is It?
CMoQS is a system to remind people how to provide a Quality Service that is appreciated by all cultures.
The founder of the CMoQS Annie Zalezsak, says:
|
“As a Canadian, I expect certain Quality Service standards. When I experience anything less, I become utterly disappointed and I’m not willing to give second chances if the service is bad. Businesses can’t afford to lose customers. We could all use improvements.”
